    Quantifying AI Risk
Measure your AI risk, mitigate it, and prove you did, before regulators, auditors, or the board ask

    For leaders accountable for AI

Everyone's "de-risking AI." Can anyone tell you your actual risk โ€” measured?

Your board asked if your AI is compliant. Could you answer with a number โ€” or a binder?

You have AI in production. Do you know which systems carry the most risk โ€” and by how much?

An auditor asks for evidence your AI is safe. How long does that take your team to assemble?

You're accountable for AI you didn't build and can't fully see. Where does that leave you when something fails?

    Why now

AI is moving faster than governance. Most organizations can list their AI systems โ€” few can quantify the risk those systems create. Regulators, auditors, and boards are increasingly asking for evidence, not intentions.

    Advisory & consulting

    I de-risk your AI โ€” quantitatively

I provide AI risk advisory and consulting to regulated organizations: measuring where your AI risk sits, advising your leadership, and building governance that's defensible. Not a checklist. A measurement, and a plan.

    Advisory engagements

Ongoing guidance for leadership on AI risk and governance.

    Risk assessments

A quantified, defensible read of your AI risk posture.

    Executive training
    Phase one

Leadership fluency in AI risk, built into every engagement.

Every engagement begins with a conversation.

    Why me

You've hired people to build your AI, audit it, and train your team. None of them are measuring whether it's actually safe. That's the gap I exist in.

"Absolutely top flight content and lecture. The question I asked on ROI vs VaR and the accompanying answer really hit hard. ROI is often the measure executives focus on but the internal dissonance on the counter metric is just as important. Suneeta is an excellent instructor and I will be attending her future sessions."

    About

How I came to AI risk โ€” and why I measure it

I came to AI risk the long way โ€” through bioinformatics and clinical research, where a wrong number isn't a bug, it's a patient.

That's why I don't treat AI governance as paperwork. I treat it as measurement: what's the actual risk, how big is it, and how do we bring it down โ€” with rigor a board and an auditor can both trust.

Today I help regulated organizations quantify and de-risk the AI they depend on. I'm an ISO 42001 Lead Auditor, an O'Reilly instructor, a published researcher, and the founder of SANJEEVANI AI.
